By taking on our simple cost effective maintenance programme we can not only keep your roof clean, but can dramatically extend he performance life, and we will extend your warranty from 10 years to 12 years.

Unfortunately in New Zealand we have a relatively muggy climate that allows moss to eventually grow on anything (even glass). This is due to a dirt film gradually building up on the surface giving the moss a wonderful environment to grow on. Your newly coated roof will self clean better than previously, but eventually the battle will be lost - the moss will take hold and eventually eat into the coated surface.

The answer therefore is the Roof Maintenance Programme. This is an extremely cost effective way to extend the life of your Defendercote coating. You could possibly double the life of the coating for a small additional cost. We recommend spraying your roof every 2 years with our environmentally safe 'Mainland Moss Spray' which will keep your roof clean, protect the surface and prevent moss growth.
